I recently installed updates on my computer (yesterday) and now the bandwidth monitor on my computer is picking up some unknown download running and I don't know where it's coming from. I always choose when to download updates because I have metered internet (my wifi network is set to metered on this computer). I'm currently running windows 8 (have not upgraded to windows 8.1 despite my computer constantly bugging me to).
I checked the task manager and the applications that seem to be running the highest during the download are "system host: local service/system" 17, 7, 8, 4, and 16, as well as "system". I did do a scan of  my computer using a free virus scanner (360 internet security) and nothing was picked up. The download is running about 1 MB/s so I can only connect for a few seconds at a time, so I may not be able to answer as promptly as I can, but I will try
Any idea what it could be, and how to get rid of it?
