I was working on my homework due tomorrow on my iPad Mini. I had multiple tests, homework assignments, and big projects and presentations due. I have been using Keynote for a very long time now and it has always been my first resource. I was just finished editing my project to close up for the night when all of a sudden a pop up appeared on the screen and then it disappeared before I could see. On the app it said no documents available and to tap to create a new one. I had probably over 20 presentations on there which have now vanished. I went to check my settings to make sure everything was on properly. Then I went to go check my other app with my projects on it, which was Pages and everything was gone. I had about over 40 documents on there. These are all very important to me and I do need them back! I was referred to you and I heard you were great help so I though it was worth a try! It would be incredible and mean a lot if you guys could get them back for me. I knew it was running through iCloud but didn't know what went wrong. These are all due tomorrow so please help, I would be so thankful! Please try and get back to me ASAP!

About the only things that I could suggest are:

1) Try rebooting the iPad Mini.

2) Try logging out of your iCloud account and then back into the iCloud account.

3) Try logging into your iCloud account on a different iPad (i.e. borrow a friend's or family member's).
