Vista Bsod Ahhhhh

Guys ive downloaded and mountde the famous VISTA however when it finishes the install i get a big fat bsod that says 0x0000007e (only flashes long enough to get the number down) and all of a sudden it restarts this keeps happening to me
1. what is wrong
2. how can i fix it
pls help me :huh: :huh: :huh: :huh:

0x7E usually means that you are having some type of hardware conflict.
(Usually RAM or HD)
-You might want to try to remove an non-essential hardware and then try booting.
-I have also seen this type of issue resolved by booting off of your XP disk and running a CheckDisk from Command Promt.
