Well, I just noticed this application called HiJack and since I am a self declared advanced user of computers I wanted to know how to take advantage of this program and if it is actually precise enough to grasp all the malware on one's PC.

If you are referring to HijackThis!, it is a diagnostic tool that reports data from likely areas on your hard drive that generally contain malware, and requires some human expertise to interpret the entries correctly, and then to know the appropriate removal method.
