I can't get some services to start. Especially windows firewall. I've installed ZoneAlarm to give me something!

I have run many antivirus and antimalware programs, to clean this computer. I've used Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Rogue Killer, Adwcleaner, TDSSkiller, Junkware Removal Tool and Rkill.

Below you will find the DDS.txt and the DDS Attach is also attached. I added the Farbar to show the problem with the services, I'm having.

I needed to get the computer done and out of my way. So, I've re-installed the system. Now all the damage is gone. Will just have to re-install any needed programs.
