I Lost My Ip Address And No Longer Have Any Network Capability

Looking for help on IP address and network problems. Limited or no connectivity. When I go to IPCONFIG no IP address found. What can I do? If anyone has any network experience it will help - If you wish to do this via phone please call my office at 800-377-3877 and ask for either Mike or Rick we are trind to fix. Much thanks

I am assuming you have a basic modem\router\hub DSL or cable internet\LAN. Unplug your Modem (If it has a battery back up remove it), router, and hub. Turn all computers and network devices off. This includes all devices and\or computers that are working properly.
Wait one minute and turn the Modem on. Wait another minute and turn the router and hub on. Wait a minute tur everything else on.

Let us know if this fixes it.
