Suddenly some, not all, of my mom's emails (yes, this ends up as MY responsibility) are coming in as what I would call "unformatted."  The text is all there, but rather than graphics or normal links, it is all text with a verbose display of the link.  All the text is there, and the links work, it just looks awful.

example:

a link to the Connecticut Land Conservation Council (http://www.ctconservation.org) shows in the email as "Connecticut Land Conservation Council [http://r20.rs6.net/tn.jsp?f=001uICme4GXRqF2XkTN4ndgyId_W36Ya-ksaY1aDktOO01HOC1bJlF1yyxAau_BUTPp7aicc8NbfWLGKiPTI4IzCKnk8oac0Fmc6EN3MkMICo8M-TsrKaMhVm5D5mvQjmIBREQ3tncCRfC_R1YRqfpZNDH1CcIWNW4FcCcJQFPm0Il4AWvoAXPjZA==&c=Ynqb-q-7qcrvqR5lZo5-wK1NJAybb1JFEc4RbhU5L99lXXSb7VRe5g==&ch=MJuhxs-YVj8nJOsWui1NI3dgr2FDHyeaortZcnbLBq4azzvPsAxTJQ==]"

Link works but is scaring my mom into thinking her system is dying.

Any thoughts?  Your help here is always appreciated.
