Hello Karen & Welcome to Bleeping Computer!

Be thou not afraid!

You are already about 54 keystrokes beyond all the other individuals that
just started using computers today! (Tee-Hee)

Come along with us; peruse the forums here; join us in our simple games;
ask all the questions you like; no one here will make fun of you; we all
learn from each other's questions & some can even provide the requisite answers....

Hope to see you around some of our forums/threads...

:thumbsup:

Regards,
~Koan

:thumbsup: and :flowers: to BleepingComputer, karen. This site is without a doubt one of the nicest that you can join, and I have been a member at many. I would even be so bold to say that this site has a money back guarantee. If for any reason what so ever, you are not 100% satisfied, you will get your money back! Yes, it is true that this site does not cost you anything anyway :trumpet: .

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

Hello Karen and, well, hello everyone!

I'm a new partner on Bleeping Computer, and rather a half novice than a half expert in computing.
I've visited a bit the 'residence' and my feeling is triple :

1- Very qualified comments;
2- No big shots;
3- Wide variety of qualifications: one is neither oppressed by hyper technical formulations nor abandonned through lack of knowledge.

A friendly and competent area. :thumbsup:

Till next!

Welcome to BC! I was once also new at pc's now if you were not once new to computers there is something wrong! Anyways I now have studied them for years and can compete and keep up pretty well with the big wigs of the pc industry I guess you would say. I learn more and more everyday and its really good to ask questions before you do something your unsure of or new at. Take a look at the tutorials on this site they will help. And feel free to ask questions.

Welcome to BC.
You can learn a lot by reading the tutorials and the boards, and if you ever have a question or problem, don't hesitate to post it here; there are many helping hands ready to make your computing experience easy and fun. Keep your Antivirus operational and updated, turn on your firewall, get some adware applications installed, and you will be good to gol
Cheers,
John
