DSO Exploit is a bug in windows that was never really resolved. As long as you are fully updated on your critical patches you do not have to worry about this and can safely ignore it.

There is also a bug in Spybot 1.3 that allows the DSO Exploit to keep reappearing in scans even after you've "fixed" it. That should be corrected at some point in the future.
