When I'm online this is what happens on web page and it freezes up.

I have done all the virus downloads that you guys have shown but nothing works.

Hi I have Windows Vista Home Premium 32 Bit and I have explorer 9 and the words and pictures on the web pages are all spaced and the web page is broken up and there is a problem it freezes up. Can someone help me. Thank you  I found out this wasn't the place to put this request.

Your screenshot looks normal to me so I'm still not sure what the problem is.

However, you may want to look at these...
