Hi, I had a BT email account a year ago which I configured to forward my emails to my Outlook (Hotmail) account. I'm no longer a BT customer so can't access the old account or make changes. BT now say that this account is no longer active and can't stop unwanted emails being forwarded. Unfortunately I'm being bombarded by spam from this account, my junk folder in Outlook fills up daily and neither BT or Microsoft have come up with a solution. Before I delete this Outlook account and start again, does anyone know a way to stop these emails coming into my junk box? I've tried all the usual spam-blocking settings, I've blocked BT addresses etc but nothing seems to work,
