I had an e-mail I could not view or delete. Selecting it would cause Outlook Express to freeze. Outlook Express worked okay otherwise until I deleted all e-mail except the problem one. Now upon opening Outlook Express it freezes since the problem e-mail is the only one there. Tries to connect but nothing happens. All I can get is a Not Responding message.
Hope you can help me.

Hi George33.
I take it this message is in your inbox?
With OE closed, delete the 'inbox.dbx" file via windows explorer.
When you relaunch OE, it will rebuild a new one automatically.
You will need to have "Show Hidden Files and Folders" selected and "Hide Extensions for Known File Types" deselected if do not already.
To get there, open windows explorer and select Tools>Folder Options>View Tab.
