My present system specification:

SYSTEM MANUFACTURER: INTEL

SYSTEM MOTHERBOARD: INTEL D945GCR

PROCESSOR: INTEL PENTIUM D CPU 2.80GHz (2 CPUs)

Memory: 2 GB RAM

DIRECTX VERSION: DIRECTX 11

GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE 210 ASUS 1GB

All the advanced and latest games I want to play are laggy like Assassin's Creed IV, Need For Speed Rivals etc. and the big problem is that I am unable to run Watch Dogs because it says that it is not compatible to graphics hardware. Because my gpu isn't compatible with directx 11, which the game requires. So IMO I can play with the specifications listed below:

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS WHICH I THINK I CAN PLAY SMOOTHLY: (please tell me if these requirements are fine or not?)

SYSTEM MANUFACTURER: INTEL

SYSTEM MOTHERBOARD: INTEL DH61BF

PROCESSOR: Intel 3.3GHz LGA 1155 Core i3 2120

(The budget should not cross Rs.20,000)

MEMORY: 6 GB RAM

DIRECTX VERSION: DIRECTX 11

GPU: NVIDIA GEFORCE GT640 1GB DDR5

I think this can play Watch Dogs or any high profile games easily. Please suggest if these requirements are wrong or can work correctly.

What are you running for a power supply?  Not sure what kind of a budget you're working with but I'd try to find a MB that is more expandable for future upgrades. You may want more than a max of 8GB. There are some for about the same cost available. Here  http://pcpartpicker.com/parts/partlist/ is a site I use to compare features and it'll warn you of any compatibility issues.
