Need some help.

Asus Motherboard P3KPL-CM

Have been searching but so far no luck. Computer will act like it is going to sleep but upon 'sleeping' will wake up

This is the only thing preventing me from upgrading from XP

Intel: E6300

Video: ATI FirePro V3800

All drivers up to date.

I hate to admit defeat but if anyone has any advise I would love to hear it

Thanks to any advice

Sorry again.. Not worried about Hibernate just Sleep Mode..Want to leave computer on

Using XP Computer will go to 'Stand By' Windows 7 will not.

I'm using some old raptor drives for my Win7 boot on a VIA Raid card (which XP reads just fine and shuts down

If I'm in XP - Sleep shuts all down, If In Win7 computer bleeps down and instantly comes on (chossing standby)
