I hit the power button on my laptop (it's a Lenovo Ideapad P400 Touch) and the light that always comes on does so. The Lenovo logo shows up on the screen for just a second, flashes, and then the whole thing shuts off and there's no lights but the light showing that my computer is charging on. (Which is normal because I do have it connected to the charger). I can turn it on again with no trouble but the same thing happens. It's running Windows 8.

So it ALWAYS happens the first time when you boot up? Or is this just a one-case instance that happens often, or just once? There could be several reasons to this.
