I scanned with my Brothers 2000 and created many PDF files which I can not do a word search because when I scanned I scanned with just PDF and should of scanned with PDF Searchable PDF. How can I take all my PDF files and make them searchable?

You can use PDFXchange viewer to OCR the PDF document but it may not be perfect. Read the Warnings. Start by making a copy of the PDF document you want to convert and see how it works.
