Find the "4.4.apk or something from some .ru site" with a file explorer and delete it.

Do you have a free antivirus or antimalware app? If not, find one that you like on Google Play. Download it and run it.

Sounds like a problem with your modem DNS settings. Your internet modem is hacked (mine too). Reset your modem DNS settings and clear browser cache/cookies (it helped me). Choose more difficult password for your modem. Sorry for my english :)

Which browsers does this occur on if it is chrome and/or internet I would suggest resetting it by opening up your browser going into task manager then going into app info then click "clear data." If it reoccurs as animal suggested scan with an antivirus, antimalware app and tell us what is found.
