Norton blocking tosearch.biz trojan

Norton continues to block an intrusion attempt from toseach.biz which is slowing my computer down.  I have tried to use spybot and malwarebytes but nothing seems to be able to remove this malware.  Any help would be appreciated.  thank you.

Norton is not that great of an AV, but you are not here for that.

Try running rkill before you run your scans.

Don't restart your computer after running rkill, it's just a small executable that shuts down malware proceeses, so you can run proper scans.

 

If that does't work, try adwcleaner, here is a link on how to use adwcleaner:
