Hello. My name is Spencer,

So every 6 months i re-install my Operating System (Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit) i never usually into problems. So First everything is going normal, i install my operating system correctly, and it works but when i try to install updates, i get an error. "ok this is weird" i think, so i try multiple times, updating, and restarting, but nothing works. so i use System Restore to go back to earlier today. i then get an error message saying System restore ran into an error! I then try Updating again and it just wont work. Are these errors connected or am i just having an unlucky day?

Update Error: Code 800706F7
