I have a user that is having a weird occurrence on his S5.
We have his emails and calendar configured through exchange active sync with our standard settings.
Everything is working fine, the emails come through, the calendar is synced and updates regularly.
But when creating a calendar appointment on his mobile device, the Outlook client on his laptop is not being updated.
The calendar appointment does not even show up on the s5 calendar.
I have removed/re-added activesync, cleared the cache partition, restored phone to factory settings.
I went through and checked every setting so it was identical to my own s5 device, which works properly.
any other suggestions?
