Chuck,

What is your security program, is it current and have you run a scan?

Hey Dick, yes security is Avast & up to date ! Scans are as followed Avast, Adwcleaner, Junkware removal tool and Malwarebytes, all are clean ! I do Malware cleaning at Bettechie so i keep my computer clean but when it comes to apps and hardware i don't mess with and we do not have Tech Support there ! The apps worked fine until a couple days ago so i just can't find an answer to the problem !!

Chuck,

I'd run memtest to be sure that nothing has gone bad there.

Anything special happen a couple of days ago? Anything unusual that might cause operational problems? Updates, new programs / hardware added?

Keep us posted

Hi Dicke (Dick) solved the problem by doing a System recovery after i ran this program below it found i had corrupt files so i ran the recovery. Gonna leave this program with you so others may use it if they do not know about it !

An app trouble shooter link >>> http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=268423
