ok i just signed up and i couldn't figure out where to post this and i'm hoping some one can help me.
every time i get on my computer it works fine for about 10-15 min then it gets really slow then after about another 10-15 min it goes back to normal speed then gets slow again every time i spybot s&d it dosent find anything wrong . when i check the task manager something called CLI ( i think thats it it might be CIL) is using like 50-70 CPU it never showed up before and when i close it some time my computer will speed up again just to get slow 10 minutes later anyone know what this is and how i can fix it?
