Hello, I was hoping someone could help me figure out why those pesky add-ons which show up without having installed them seem to all have a greyed out 'remove' key? I have disabled them, should they perhaps be enabled in order to be removed? In the past I have tried uninstalling them via the control panel but it seems to leave them on my tools drop window within explorer so I'm hesitant to do so again. Maybe it's time to cross over to chrome.

Thank you for any advice.
