BSOD after running combofix and malwarebytes

i had a browser redirect virus on the machine running win 7 64 bit


after running combofix and malwarebytes , I now can only run in safe mode , when booting into normal mode I have got the following BSOD

I have tried to roll back using system restore to no avail , any help from you guys would be appreciated
ETA - the problem seems to have solved itself as pc now booting okay into normal settings and redirect virus appears to be resolved , disregard above request for assistance (hopefully things are stable if not 'I'll be back - hasta la vista baby')
