I like someone to suggest me an anti-virus for gaming except Avast because for some reason, it considers League of Legends as potential malware and deleted a part of it where I can't see the loading screen. The client of LoL is still intact, I had to uninstall and reinstall to fix this issue. Please don't suggest Avast.

-Thank you in advance.

Which type of antivirus are you looking for? Free or paid?

If you are using free then I recommend Microsoft Security Essentials. For paid version, the best one is ESET NOD32 - it has the additional advantage of low resource consumption.

Free antivirus, I read that PcGamer.com recommends Bitdefender Antivirus Free Edition because "Bitdefender topped AV-Test's performance and protection tests for 2013 software, making it the strongest, fastest antivirus software for home users." How does Bitdefender Free compare to MSE? I'm also thinking about Panda Free but I also like to compare it to MSE. tl;dr: MSE vs. Bitdefender AV Free vs. Panda Free AV?

Many Anti-virus/Anti-Malware programs and security scanners have options to include or exclude the detection of PUPs and legitimate files. You should not rule out avast because of this as other anti-virus software may detect League of Legends as a threat too.

It's no big deal to have your anti-virus ignore the detection.

For gaming you can choose ESET Nod 32 for paid and Microsoft security Essentials for free.Eset is really light on pc,one of my friend uses this, and I have a friend circle in which many are hardcore gamers.I myself use now MSE which is also very light on system. It also gives decent level of protection. As for bitdefender free,I did not find it lighter than MSE but it was a bit heavier ( I have core i3 second gen and 2GB DDR3 R.A.M).Moreover it is not customizable at all,and have to many false positives due to BD signatures.I was facing trouble to exclude a legit file from it's quarantine.I will say give MSE a try,it is really lightweight and lighter than avast 2015 (the new version indicates that avast is going to be another norton).
