**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS STILL AN ONGOING PROBLEM** Thank you!
Hello my name is Shane! So about a year ago I got a average $700 gaming computer windows 7 and all that jazz. Here's the info:
Manufacturer: Cybertron PC
Processor: AMD FX™-4130 Quad-Core Processor 3.80 GHz
RAM: 8 GB
64-bit Operating System

If you need more info please ask!

So for about the first 6 months I was really enjoying it! Started to get on and off. Living life, leaving the computer for a while! So over time I stopped using it and left it alone for about two whole months! Didn't even turn it on at all, I got carried away with sports,Education and what not. Than I try to get on my PC to maybe game a little (after 2 months of not being on once) Everything runs normally on the start up. I try to launch Google chrome and it just says "oops Google chrome is not working!" It would show two windows and just stop the application. So I look for updates and there are about 40 of them. 2 of them wouldn't install. So I make a new user and delete the old one! Now I have internet explorer which won't even open.

These are the two updates:

1:Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer 8 for Windows 7 for x64- based Systems 18.2 MB

2:Internet Explorer 11 for windows 7 for x64-based Systems 56.3 MB

I'm not a computer genius but I think these updates are restricting me from launching Internet Explorer!

Please help!
If you need any more information please ask for it and I will be happy to provide you with it.

Again I'm not a windows 7 genius! Haha
