Zt 282 upgrade done. Keyboard displays multiple letters/symbols when touched. Is there a fix?

To make sure it's the OEM keyboard and not the capacitive screen. I suggest downloading a 3rd party keyboard. Try an alternative and if you same the exact same issues with a different keyboard you know it's the touch screen. Is your device still under warranty?
