Which games do you think have the best soundtracks?

The ones suiting my taste would be Assassin's Creed II, Dishonored, Far Cry 3 and Mega Man X: Command Mission.

Lots of good stuff, I'd have to say the Halo CE, Silent Hill and Okami soundtracks are some of my favorites.

This one brought tears to my eyes when I first heard it. From Romance of the Three Kingdoms IX:

And I also cried over  this one, played at the end of Metal Gear Solid 3,

Starsailor "Way To Fall"

To err is Human. To blame it on someone else is even more Human.

Tony Hawk Pro Skater 2 and Silent Hill 3 are probably my favorite soundtracks. THPS2 for crappy pop/punk nostalgia and SH3's use of dirty grunge rock to convey atmosphere.

Homeworld (by Paul Ruskay).

Yeah, I know - 1999 - but still, somewhat interesting.

I know you think you understand what you thought I said,
but I'm not sure you realize that what you heard is not what I meant!

Probably the Main theme to Transistor "We All Become". The song is amazing. And even better once you finish the game and understand what the lyrics mean. I won't lie, I cried...
