As I suffer from photo phobia I try to use Ctrl+A to give a better, less painful contrast - the usual blue colour background is not as good as the complete black which I have found on one site.

Is there any way to choose the colour of Ctrl+A or is it only under control of the site designer?

Thanks for any advice.
