Hello - I hope I am posting this in the right forum.  My computer that runs Windows 7 keeps freezing.  During this time, the "hour glass" runs and runs and programs (Word, etc.) and the internet (Firefox) say "not responding."  Any advice and assistance will be greatly appreciated!
