Sometimes the web address after "trasferring" or "read" or "waiting" is related to the site I'm on, but a lot of times its not.

This is when I go to a new page or refresh the one I'm on.

The message and url appear in the lower left corner.

Today while refreshing one page one time I saw the below, and more.

fool.com (which I'm a member of )

gstatic.com

feedjit.com

pagead2.com....

googkeleads4.g.do....

google-analytics....

The browswer seems slow, but i have already followed the instructions to clear out the cache, etc., when "firefox is running slow"

I'm on a Dell laptop with XP and Firefox, 33.1 - updating itself as soon as I went to check the version. I might be one or two version behind the most current.

I aht adware found. ave run Malwarebytes and Superanti-spy ware...nothing bu

There are 2 different versions. If one of them won't run then download and try to run the other one.
You only need to get one of these to run, not all of them. You may get warnings from your antivirus about this tool, ignore them or shutdown your antivirus.

"A script on this page may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the script now, open the script in the debugger, or let the script continue.
Script: http://www.anandaonlineclasses.org/theme/ananda/includes-common-1.0/javascript/jquery-1.2.6.min-no-ie5.js:12"

I have three windows of firefox open, and nothing else.

computer seemed to be running slow, so I restarted.

On reopening Mozilla, got the msg "mozilla firefox seems slow...to .... start"

I have received this a few times and followed what I thought were all the directions to resolve it.

Regarding Junkware removal

I checked the Task Manager, Applications - I don't see anything but Firefox running.

What else, if anything can I check to see what's running?

So I can stop it?

I'm moving on to the next one.
