This box is no more than a day old. Without any discernable prompt to do so, it has begun to open every site in a bookmarks toolbar folder rather than displaying the bookmarks in a dropdown and allowing the user to select an individual bookmark to open. It was not behaving in this fashion yesterday when it was first set up. Synch was activated but it operated correctly after that.

Can't find any settings in options that would cause this. Clues anyone? Help greatly appreciated.

Pardon me for saying so but that was just queer as a 3 dollar bill. I started Firefox in safe mode (add-ons disabled). It ran OK but of course in safe mode there is no bookmarks toolbar. Shut it down and restarted it in normal mode: voila! Normal operation restored.

Wierdly.
