I was going through my flash zip drive today trying to make room for some new files when I came across a strange file that I can't delete.

(I just purchased an 8GB flash drive to transfer my files so I won't have to make room again, but I'd like to give the old flash drive to someone else who could use it.)

That file is four years old. Who was it made by? Some manufacturers include various files on flash drives.

I don't recall seeing it on the flash drive when I received it. The strange thing is that it is inside a folder that I created. I don't know how it got there, the only other files in that folder were Word documents. I don't even know how to Google it to see if anyone else has had it because of that weird symbol.

I will wipe the flash drive clean once the replacements I've purchased arrive in the mail. Maybe that will take care of it.
