Wireless connection problem

I have a internet troubles with my pc ONLY,
I can see the routers and able to request a connection but It ends up with a "Limit access" Error,
From what I know I Have no ipv6/ipv4 connection
Its netgear wlan2.0 Wireless connection adapter I've another one
Linkys something same error "Limit access"
When I try to connect to passworded servers it requestss for a password and it verifys it so.. I dunno if that is any helpful info..

I used NetAdapterRepair1.2(
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/netadapter-repair-all-in-one/) AND that bleeped up my drivers Than I noticed my mobile didn't have a internet connection niether so I called my ISP And learnd that they were updating But I stil bleeped my drivers.. I Fixed them After a while though.. And than I had a internet connection again "yeey" BUT I gone to bed and after I woke up I started my pc again..
I had this "Limit acces" error.. I've tryed almost everything to fix it..

How far are you from your router/modem and how is the signal strength?
