Hi genius, I want to share my videos on my laptop with my friends over wifi, and I hope we can watch the video independently that means we can free to decide the playing speed and progress. Is there such software? A Free One must be more better! I am looking forward to your answers. Thank you in advance

There is no known software. Especially for Windows 10.

Wouldn't it be easier to just put the video on his computer?

If you are on the same wifi network, you can just share the video folders on your laptop so that he can access it an play it directly on his laptop. No software necessary. It's called network sharing.

On the photo below, I can access the video folder on my Windows 8 tablet from my Win 10 PC.

Not a genius but it sounds like you are looking for the features of a server or service where you can post your videos so that others can enjoy them. Either of those options will allow the individual user to set the parameters that they want to use for the viewing. I don't do videos or sharing so I can't suggest a service but a Google search should give you lots of possibilities.

If it is on the same network you can use a Universal Media Sever to stream to all the devices from one workstation.
