Hi,

Have you shut down and done a cold boot?

Did you install all of the available updates for your operating system?

Is there any reason why you cannot upgrade to version 8.1?

What security software is installed and is it current?

Keep us posted

Dick

Will do!  I am installing all updates now...I think I had it set on "only critical" or something along those lines.  I have done a cold boot, but maybe the updates will help.

I will report back after the 8.1 installs!  Thanks again.

rach98n,

Glad to hear all is well

Keeping OS, security software, drivers and programs current is strongly recommended. Keeping the chair / keyboard interface fully engaged is mandatory.

We'll be here when you need us. Til then

Stay well and surf safe
