I seem to have the TopArcadeHits problem.  I get popups with that name or GreatArcadeHits.  Using Norton Antivirus Suite, Win7.  Can I get rid of this?  Thanks!

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org. Post the scan log results here.

Is this it?  I hit Copy to Clipboard and then in this forum Paste.  Doesn't seem like much . . .

There were loads of things found, including several instances of GreatArcadeHits in Registry Keys, Files, and Modules.

*Malicious items detected: 2

**Non-malware items detected: 187

*Trojan.BHO (x2)

**Including GreatArcadeHits

I exported the actual scan results and saved them as a text file if needed.

I am not sure what the "Actions" mean.  "Quarantine" seems obvious.  But there was another action but I can't recover that page.  It said something about Exclusion.  Reopening the program shows me some other information, e.g.  Daily Protection Log with entrees labeled Detection and Protection.
