Are you sure you are using correct Microsoft account information?

At the bottom of the sign on window. Does it say sign on with a different account? Click that and it should take you to the Microsoft sign in. It appears you have switched it to the Skype log in. One type of sign in won't work on the other log in window. You can't use MS credentials on Skype log in and you can't use Skype credentials on MS log in screen.

If I click on sign on with a different account at the very lower left, it gives me the Skype log in.

I don't read Dutch so not sure whats being displayed on your screen.

It seems you have an outdated version. "Skypename" should be "Microsoft account", as Animal suggested.

Skype name is not the same one as your Microsoft account name.
Microsoft account is using your Microsoft email to sign in.
An email address is not usually used for Skype name.

Click Help when you open Skype. Then choose About. What version do you have?

The latest version of Skype is v. 6.22.64.107

It can be downloaded from http://www.skype.com OR if you see Check for Updates when you click on About you can use that.
You need to update Skype.

Newest version looks like this

Clicking Skype Name

Choosing Microsoft Account brings up the screen Animal posted.
