How to Upgrade winxp SP2 to SP3 without Internet Connection. Please help thanks...

Go to another computer...be it that of a friend, library, workplace, whatever.

Download the SP3 update, http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=24 , don't elect anything else, elect NOT to use the download manager.


Burn SP3 to CD/DVD.


Take it home and install it.


Frankly...without an Internet connection, you are up a creek.  Post-SP3, there have been (IIRC) more than 200 critical updates which mandate installation.


I guess that I have to wonder what the point might be...of installing SP3 on an outdated O/S that...with all critical updates installed...still carries a "highly vulnerable" tag when facing up with any recent malware of the last 6 months...or the future.


But...it's your decision or set of decisions to make.
