Computer Slow to Start Up to Get to Windows Desktop

When I turn my computer on I get a black screen, then I wait approximately 2-3 minutes, then I get my desktop. I don't see the Windows Start Up where it allows me to put in my password.  After the wait I can resume normal usage.

I'd suspect a damaged profile.
