Long headset name aside, I have a problem, probably software related, with this headset. Randomly, the audio for a certain game, Terraria, stopped working, which I fixed with a restart. After that, the spinning dial thing that changes the volume on the back of it stopped changing it. I was going to reinstall the drivers to see if that helped, but, happy joy, their support website (which they dumbly do driver downloads on) is down! You can see the result that it's not just me here. Can anyone help me with this? The thing is now stuck on Windows drivers, and because of that, the control panel won't open as it can't find the drivers for the headset.

More information on request.

Great. But this doesn't solve the problem of the volume wheel. Just FYI, I have gone through countless windows of settings looking for it.

So I assume you reinstalled the drivers and it still is not working. Have you tried re-pairing the devices?

I would contact Creative Support. If in Warranty, I would RMA it.

. Thanks. I'll contact them, and if they can't fix it, I'll do that, even though since it's most likely not a software problem. You've been a great help, thank you for providing support on this.

Nothing has changed with the wheel since I last posted.
