Needs help removing the software very completely

I didn't realize it has threats as shown on:

I have downloaded standalone installer from freemake.com, after uninstaller, is there a way if i can find leftover registry keys and leftover folders? do i need to use Malwarebytes to remove them or what? any ideas?

i am using windows 7 sp1 home premium x86
