Windows 8.1 is my system.

Below are Icons on the Start Menu that do not work they all have a black X in the lower

Right hand corner. All other Icons about (85) seem to work

Why has this happened and how can I fix this problem??? Ok.

Store, Weather, Scan, Help+Tips, OneDrive, Photos Calculater, Food & Drink, Health & Fitness,

Games, Music, Video,Camera, Money, Sports, People, Maps, Reading List, Sound Recorder,

Travel, Calendar, News, Alarms and Reader

:step1: Thanks John but I can not even open STORE??

it goes to my task bar but clicking it only blinks a white screen & returns to desktop.
