Hi everyone,

I would like to share my problem and in the atempt, may someone will bring light upong this dark night :scratchhead:

Here is the thing,

My pc turns slowly in proceed with task, closing windows and all that.. last night i was tired and it ask for reboot and update, so i say OK !!! well.. it took more than 40min rebooting without make it i just turn it off... My surprise, this morning it turns on buth windows never wake up.. i just got a black monitor after the bios thing...

i try to fix booting with Windows 8.1 dvd and Usb, but it says that the unit is locked and in other option says a partition is missed or something like that...

i try parted magic but when i check my files for try to make a quick recovery, it says ERROR 13..  So... im dowloading ubuntu for follow some tutorials but i guess it will fail ....

So im think that a partition is may corrupted and as i have just 1 HD, may it cant go forward.,... So friends,

Any sugesstions will be well received

Ps.> What i want is recover some files and reboot my windows 8.1 pro( i dont have it original btw ) just a dowloaded pirated version, being honest.
