photoconductor problem

i have a Lexmark E350d printer that said it has a problem with a photo conductor didn't print anything then but i bought a new photoconductor and it work again.now the same problem has come up again i replaced a photocondudtor but the problem continues.even with the new component and it does not print this time around.what might be problem.

Did you reset the photo conductor ? The count apparently does not re-set to zero automatically when you replace this item. See this page from Lexmark -
