My name is Henry, I am from South Africa

 

I am an IT guy that fixes almost any problem, Google is your friend and so are forums like this. I was called out to a customer who got the ransom virus, and that is how i found this forum.

 

so i just need some help with this please

ok so i cleand the pc, i tryde using previous version to get the files back, but there was nothing there for me to go back to.

i downloade Anti-CryptorBit v2 and rane it. it said .jpg has 3 sectors, .jpg recovery attempt is done. but when i go to my folder my files are gone. dose it put the files in a difrent folder ?
