I'm not sure if this question has been asked before. I searched and didn't find anything here or on Google, although it's certainly possible I missed it.

If you are a new user to Windows 8, and create a Microsoft account (not a local one) on a new computer, what information gets sent to Microsoft's servers from your computer?

I did find this:

http://www.ahitagni.com/?p=530

"The big problem is that Windows 8 is configured to immediately tell Microsoft about every app you download and install," Kobeissi wrote.

I don't want this and other information being sent to Microsoft (or anyone else).

How can I and other users configure Windows 8 to not spy on me? Is there a tutorial, or a program (like XP-AntiSpy)?
