Hi, this is my first post and of the bat I am not the most tech savvy when it comes to OS.

I have used WinDirStat and found a 395 gb unknown. Then I used TreeSizeFree and identified that the 395 gb is in System32\spooler\drivers\x65. i do not know what or where it comes from.

My Windows 8 keeps trying to update, gets to 30% and fails. Undo what it has done and leaves me with even less space.

Can anyone help?

Thank you
