Hello I need help,

this evening the laptop starting doing a blue screen (critical Structure Corruption error)

and resetting the laptop this is a Icore5 6 gb ramm Sony vaio e series 

ive tried something to fix it thru google search but didnt work so can anyone please help me resolve this issue that the laptop is having and how it might have happen.

 

(scsi) pass through direct (sptd) has stopped working.

Hi Bob ^_^,

 

The SPTD is a part of Daemon Tools and it is known to cause problems and BSODs. I would suggest you to remove the SPTD using the below FAQ (Check 3rd Question)-

If the problem is still not solved

 

I would need the Dump files in order to analyse the situation your system is in and help cure it ^_^.

Please note that without the Dump files, I can't help you out.

Kindly ZIP Up the dump files and then upload them to a File Hoster like Mediafire. The Dump files are located in "C:\Windows\Minidumps". You might need to copy them to some other folder before zipping them due to permission issues.

 

Once they are uploaded, paste back a link to it here and I would be glad to analyse them ^_^

i tried serching the dump files saids dont exist.

ive tried to upload the 3 files from this morning but since ive used your tool to install so far no shutdowns over 1hr 30 mins 

 

if u can explain how to get them to you again please ty

So, apparently the Malware was causing it.

Yes malware win32 so those 2 programs fixed it I have a question can you check that everything is clean on this laptop what do I need 4 u to check please thank u.
