User reports that the computer will randomly freeze/hang up... can still move mouse cursor around but nothing responds and has to do a hard reboot.  System has had BSOD issues in the past.

Recently, I reloaded the system with rather basic Windows 7 Enterprise SP1, Office 2013 32-bit, Adobe Acrobat Pro, and Skype.  Also ran Windows Update and Dell System update.

User claimed there was a BSOD this morning but no dump file was created.  Also is claiming that the system is still freezing.

System is a Dell Latitude E5540 (late 2013 model).   Before the reload, I personally experienced the freezing aspect--regardless if power cord or network cord were connected (no other devices connected at the time).

Any assistance/suggestions/etc are appreciated.
